  • Filler is excellent for volume loss, but it cannot fix skin laxity (sagging). If you have significant jowling or neck skin laxity, "over-filling" to try and pull that skin tight will look unnatural.   • While many brands market "up to 2 years," most patients find that a "refresh" is needed every 9–12 months. Longevity depends on the product density and your individual metabolism.
