eGift Card Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: December 2, 2025
Thank you for choosing Tork Plastic Surgery. Our eGift Cards are the perfect way to share the gift of confidence and care. The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of eGift Cards. By purchasing or using a Tork Plastic Surgery eGift Card, you agree to these terms.
1. Redemption and Usage
Scope of Service: eGift Cards are redeemable for goods and services at Tork Plastic Surgery only. This includes surgical fees, non-surgical MedSpa treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, facials), and skincare products.
Not a Credit/Debit Card: The eGift Card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties.
Split Tender: If the cost of your procedure or product exceeds the value of the eGift Card, you must pay the remaining balance via another accepted payment method (cash, credit card, or financing).
2. Medical Candidacy (Important)
Consultation Required: Possession of an eGift Card does not guarantee candidacy for any specific surgical procedure or treatment. All patients must undergo a consultation with our providers to determine medical suitability.
Alternative Options: If a patient is deemed not to be a candidate for a specific procedure they intended to use the card for, the balance remains valid and may be applied toward other services, treatments, or skincare products offered by Tork Plastic Surgery.
3. Returns and Refunds
Final Sale: eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
No Cash Value: eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or credit (except where required by specific state law).
Services Rendered: Once a service has been performed using an eGift Card as payment, no refunds will be issued for that service, consistent with our standard practice policies.
4. Expiration and Fees
Validity Period: To comply with applicable state and federal laws, Tork Plastic Surgery eGift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Note: Promotional or "Bonus" cards given by the practice free of charge may have a shorter expiration date.
Maintenance Fees: There are no maintenance or service fees associated with the holding of this card.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Cards
Treat as Cash: Please safeguard your eGift Card number. The eGift Card should be treated like cash.
Liability: Tork Plastic Surgery is not responsible for eGift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Policy Adherence: Appointments booked using an eGift Card are subject to Tork Plastic Surgery’s standard cancellation policy.
Fee Deduction: In the event of a late cancellation or a "no-show," Tork Plastic Surgery reserves the right to deduct the standard cancellation fee directly from the eGift Card balance.
